Preparations of the Global Biodiversity Outlook-3 are underway

The production of the third edition of Global Biodiversity Outlook is underway. The document is being prepared as a “living draft”. Existing sections of the text will be replaced as more up-to-date or relevant data and case studies become available. In this way, a working draft of GBO-3 will become available in early 2009 and enable contributions and inputs from Partners at any point in time. A full draft of GBO-3 will be reviewed between August and October 2009, and revised and finalized in November and December 2009. It will be difficult to include information received after this date.
